Our dedicated field management team runs a field force of some 200 interviewers, supervised by trained field supervisors and managers.

All fieldworkers are trained to above IQCA standard and undertake in-home, intercept, exit and telephone interviews. All attend regular training sessions.

We have a nationwide panel of over 800 mystery shoppers, trained to understand and appreciate the sensitivity and attention to detail required by our clients.
